Magda Ochoa, SFR®.PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, is a Broker Associate® Passionate about the real estate industry. She graduated from EAP program and LIBERAL ART & SCIENCE.

She entered the real estate business in 2019, she is an active Broker Associate for LPT REALTY representing buyers and sellers. She is team leader of Ochoa's Group / LPT Realty, which has a group of real estate agents, which she constantly educates to serve each client successfully.

Magda created "El Comienzo" a non-profit foundation in commune 7 in Medellin Colombia where she, along with friends and family, distribute toys and markets at Christmas time to low-income children and single mothers. Giving away smiles at such an important time for children.

Magda is Colombian and came to the United States 20 years ago, she is a cancer survivor, mother of 3 children and grandmother of 5 children.
She resides in Riverview with her Husband and her youngest son. She is a lover of animals, beaches and travel.
